It is good feng shui to design a row of commerical buildings with unifying architecture or constructional features.

For example, if 1 building is made of bricks, those that are built next to it shoud be the same bricks either. It would be even better to build them of the same height. This architectual layout enhances the unity and compatibility of the feng shui of the buildings.
